Haven't really been very busy over the last weeks but came round to paint some figures for my Late Romans. As I'm planning to use my warband for
'Dux Britanniarum' from the
Toofatlardies at some point in the future I needed a new warlord, two heroes and an champion. Also I decided to paint a musician who will be my bard and two monks for spiritual assistance.
A Westwind figure which is one of my new subcommanders |
The second subcommander again from Musketeer |
'Vortigerns Bannerman' will be my champion. Figure from Musketeer. |
The musician. Again from Musketeer. |
A militant monk. Miniature from Westwind |
Fervent monk from Musketeer |
Fatigue Markers. Miniatures from Gripping Beast. Lucent curtain rings will be used to count the fatigue accumulated. |
To have a legal force for Dux Britanniarum I still have to paint 4 skirmishing Archers.
Hope you enjoy!

These are a treat to look at! You've made these MM shine. And since we're trying to get a DB campaign going locally, they're an inspiration for us as well.
ReplyDeleteAmazing colors. My eyes are happier now...
ReplyDeleteThese guys are awesome! Highlevel painting! A real inspiration for me. You have changed the banner from the bannercarrier of the vortigerndeal. Cool banner!
