Having painted Scope for my last entry for AHPC XI I thought I might just as well crack on and finish the remaining five Chancers. So after almost five years they're finally reunited.
And while I was at it anyway I also dug up a (luckily poor) picture of their previous paint job... I thought them rather smashing back then at the start of the 21st century. 20 years on and I'm not that convinced anymore. Probably all down to the nicer background for my photo shoots ;-)
OK, that's it for today. Hope you all had a good start into the new year!
Truly amazing brushwork, Nick. The snipers camo is over the top awesome.
ReplyDeleteOh, you're crazy. That's azaming! Have a White Dwarf with rhar band! There was also a battle report vs Chaos warriors :)
ReplyDeleteOnce again superb painting on these Nick!

Love the detail on the sniper
ReplyDeletecheers John
Lovely work... as always Nick...
ReplyDeleteAll the best. Aly
Fantastic work as ever, I really like the sniper you did.
ReplyDeleteThey look great Nick! Always very satisfying to get back to old projects and complete them. I always get annoyed when I find the odd escapee from the painting pile - they seem to hang about for years on end!
ReplyDeleteLove all the black outlined details which are very effective. My favourite is the blood soaked bandages and minor injuries - very gritty!
Outstanding work!
ReplyDeleteLots of character with these figures Nick and you have brought them to life with your brush.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes for 2021
Pat.
Great work on these classic figures...probably the nicest version of them I've ever seen! Fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThis is simply fantastic work. And to think ... 20 years in the hobby. Wow :)
